Walk in the grand doors of Wyatt Academy (Wyatt), and you’ll experience our joy and energy. We are not your typical free K-5 public charter school in the Denver area. Our motivational vibe is nothing anyone can ignore. We believe it’s because when you have much to celebrate, celebration becomes a ritual.
We celebrate. And we celebrate big! We find joy in everything from committee meetings to continuations. We celebrate every positive thing, including talent shows and Wonder Kids. Our celebration creates joy and energy that flows throughout the building even into our classrooms.

★Wyatt students can be celebrated as Wonder Kids every week when they master the Wyatt values of Wonder, Joy, Opportunity, and Community.
★We celebrate athletic achievements like the Turkey Trot and Girls on the Run.
★Our amazing leaders and teachers are celebrated on Teacher Appreciation Week, for being a Super Star, winning a Spotlight on a local radio station, and for winning aspirational 2021 Educator of the Year Awards.
★We love to celebrate our cultures like Hispanic Heritage Month and Black History Month and incorporate incredible lessons in every classroom.
★How can we not celebrate the First Day of School, the 100th Day of School, and 5th grade Continuation without total pizazz?
★And of course we have academic achievements to celebrate!
We look forward to a new school year in which we discover more and more reasons to celebrate, and celebrate big! One upcoming celebration is our 2nd annual back-to-school benefit event, The Wonder of Wyatt, September 14th, and we’d appreciate everyone spreading the word.
